Santa Rosa School Board vice president and newly elected president of the California School Boards Association, Frank Pugh, wrote a scathing letter to the editor in the Sacramento Bee Wednesday.
The letter has to do with working state legislation regarding President Obama’s Race to the Top funds.
A curious sidenote to the letter, Pugh’s location is listed as West Sacramento. Really?
