At Wednesday night’s Santa Rosa School Board meeting, 20-year trustee Frank Pugh was acknowledged for his just-completed term as California School Boards Association president. He remains on the CSBA executive committee as immediate past president.
The new president is Martha Fluor of Newport-Mesa Unified School District. President-elect is Jill Wynns of the San Francisco Unified School Board.
Modesto City Schools board member Cindy Marks was elected vice president.
The officers were elected Dec. 2 by the delegates at the Delegate Assembly meeting in San Francisco.
