Maria Carrillo High School’s Richard Liang was sworn in as the new student representative for Santa Rosa School Board Wednesday night. Liang is a senior at Carrillo.
Student representatives are given a preferential vote on all items except those discussed in closed session. The student rep vote does not affect the final outcome.
