A little inside baseball news from the Santa Rosa School Board for anyone interested: new committee and school liaison assignments are being settled for the 2012 calendar year at the board’s regular meeting Wednesday night.

The following assignments are proposed:

President Larry Haenel: Teacher advisory committee (chair); Green Team Advisory Subcommittee.

Vice-president Bill Carle: Finance and special projects advisory subcommittee; subcommittee on career pathways programs and community outreach (alternate); Teacher advisory committee. Liaison for: Elsie Allen High, Midrose, Cook Middle School, French American Charter School, Burbank Elementary, Lincoln Elementary.

Donna Jeye: Facilities advisory committee, finance and special projects advisory subcommittee (alternate); subcommittee on career pathways programs and community outreach. School liaison for: Piner and Grace high schools; Comstock Middle and Santa Rosa Charter School; Monroe and Biella elementary schools.

Laura Gonzalez: Facility Advisory Subcommittee (alternate); subcommittee on career pathways programs and community outreach, teacher advisory committee, green team advisory committee. Liaison for: Maria Carrillo High, Rincon Valley Middle and Santa Rosa Accelerated Charter School, Lehman and Steele Lane elementary schools.

Tad Wakefield: Facilities Advisory Subcommitee; finance and special projects advisory subcommittee (chair); green team advisory committee (alternate). Liaison for: Montgomery High, Slater middle and Abraxis Charter, Brook Hill and Doyle Park elementary schools.

Frank Pugh: Facility advisory subcommittee, career pathways programs and community outreach (chair); Santa Rosa High, Santa Rosa Middle and Santa Rosa Charter School for the Arts, Hidden Valley and Hidden Valley satellite elementary schools, Doyle Park and Proctor Terrace elementary schools.

Ron Kristof: Finance and special projects advisory subcommittee; teacher advisory committee (alternate); green team advisory (chair). Liaison for: Ridgway and Mesa high schools, Nueva Vista and Lewis Opportunity, Kid Street Learning Center.
