The Sonoma County Office of Education is hosting an informational open house on Wednesday Feb. 15 to help students with disabilities and their families navigate the transition from public school to life after high school.

The fair will provide information on adult day programs, higher education, vocational training and employment options, residential opportunities and health and mental health services.

Representatives from agencies such as Becoming Independent, Santa Rosa Junior College, the North Bay Regional Center and the state Department of Rehabilitation will be available to provide information.

Panel discussions will be held at 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Spanish interpreters will be available.

The fair will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at SCOE offices, 5340 Skylane Blvd.
