Please accept my thanks for everybody who sent in nominations for an upcoming volunteer profiles.

I am doing a story on Kelly Acheson, a booster extraordinaire at Analy High School this time around. That story is slated to run Oct. 14 so watch for it.

But fear not, all of the nominations that you submitted have been given to the editor who oversees the weekly volunteer profiles so hopefully another reporter can tackle them. If not, my turn will come around again soon enough.
