The story you did on our son, Michael Delgado was great. Mr. Swindle is still teaching and now there is this teacher up in Cloverdale that is in trouble for touching students, and is still getting paid for not teaching. I want to know why is it that School Districts can get away with just sweeping these problems under the rug like Santa Rosa City School District did with our son being hit by Mr. Swindle?

It would be interesting to break down the statistics listed above into two groups: one for Kindergarten to 6th and another from 7th to 12th. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were more “economically disadvantaged” students in the younger grades. It seems like a lot of younger families are really struggling.
