John Reed Elementary School in Rohnert Park celebrated Halloween with a parade and then a performance courtesy of the Rancho Cotate High School band. The students at the K-3 campus took turns heading to the multi-use room and enjoying a small carnival, according to teacher Suzie Williams. She added that later in the day, third graders will get down to work on a project on bats.
