Elsie Allen High School officially dedicated its mammoth farmworker mural Friday night with a community celebration and remembrances from people immortalized in the piece. The fete also included artists – most of them students – who worked on the piece over the course of seven years under the direction of local artist Mario Uribe.

Elsie Principal Mary Gail Stablein sent these photos from the event.
