Montgomery High School will hold two open houses next week to inform parents and potential students about the school’s programs.
Students and teachers and Principal Laurie Fong will be available to answer questions about programs and activities and International Baccalaureate coordinator Dorothy Battenfeld will be at both events to talk about Montgomery’s IB program.
A host of Montgomery’s IB teachers, students, alums and Battenfeld presented details of the award-winning program to the Santa Rosa School Board earlier this month. A goal is to expand the program’s enrollment, backers said.
The open houses will be held at 6:30 p.m. Nov 6 or 8 a.m. Nov. 7. Both events will be in the library on campus, 1250 Hahman Dr. For more information, call 528-5512 or go to www.montgomeryhighschool.com
