It’s almost time for Kindergarten registration in the Cotati-Rohnert Park  Unified School District.

Registration for the 2015-16 school year will begin  Jan. 7.  There will be a Kindergarten Fair Jan. 14 where parents can get more information. It will take place at Technology Middle School from 6 to 7 p.m.

Parents can pick up registration packets from the school of their choice. The deadline for submitting completed packets is March 27.

At the time of enrollment, parents must provide a birth certificate, baptismal record or passport for their student and provide proof of residence. Before entering Kindergarten, parents must provide
the student’s immunization record with entries by a doctor or clinic.
Children who will be entering kindergarten in the Cotati-Rohnert Park School District must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2015. Students whose fifth birthday falls between Sept.  2, 2015 and Dec. 2, 2015 may be eligible for a  Transitional Kindergarten
program.
