Elsie Allen High School will host their annual Lobo CommUnity Fair this Sunday. The third annual event is free to the public and will feature a pancake breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the campus at 599 Bellevue Ave. That event is a fundraiser for the Lobo Unity Scholarship Fund.
