Recent Windsor High School graduate Nick Tracy was named the 2012 winner of David Bouverie Scholarship at the Bouverie Preserve last week. The $1,500 scholarship was established in memory of Phyllis Ellman who is called the “founding mother” of the Bouverie Preserve Environmental Education Program.
