Cali Calmecac to host pianist

Acclaimed pianist Gustavo Romero will perform for 500 fourth through eighth grade students from Windor’s Cali Calmecac Charter School this Friday. The performance is part of the non-profit Santa Rosa Junior College Chamber Concert Series. Cali Calmecac is a bilingual immersion charter school. Born in Guadalajara, Romero was recommended to study at Juilliard by Rudolf Serkin.
