Jefferson School mom Blythe Houg is the force behind that Cloverdale school’s push for more kids to walk and roll to school. Houg said the school doubled its number of participants in the annual event this year to 32 percent of the school’s 570 students. But the Jefferson community also hosts walk and roll to school events each month, to get families into the habit. Here are some photos.

The folks in Sebastopol win the prize for first submissions of their International Walk and Roll to School Day festivities.
