Sonoma Valley High is looking for a new principal. Current principal, Micaela Philpot, is planning to retire at the end of this school year so parents and community members are invited to a meeting tonight to gather ideas for the desired “qualities, experience and characteristics” for the new principal.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the SVHS Pavilion.
Can’t make the meeting? Fill out a “leadership assessment form” in either English or Spanish. Forms can be returned to the high school, district office or faxed to Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates at 847-724-8467. Deadline is Jan. 8.
