Santa Rosa Junior College president Robert Agrella has been named the winner of the annual Spencer Flournoy Good Government Award, given out by the Sonoma County Taxpayers’ Association.
Agrella met and exceeded the criteria for the award by demonstrating efficient use of public resources, encouraging responsible government spending and being responsive to the taxpayers of Sonoma County, according to the group.
Agrella will be presented the award at the annual meeting of Taxpayers’ Association on Feb. 18.
