Santa Rosa Junior College will host a Career Expo and Job Fair on April 27.

The event is free and open to the public.

The theme of the 10th annual event is “Career Stimulus Plan,” and more than 80 businesses are expected to participate, according to organizers.

Industry participants include: nonprofit, engineering, medical, government, green, retail and others. This year’s event will feature a “green zone,” that will feature businesses that offer environmentally friendly products and services, according to organizers.

The event is expected to feature information about 26 SRJC career training programs.

The expo will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Haehl Pavilion on the Mendocino Avenue campus.
