2010 El Molino High School grad Ashleigh Higgins has been awarded a $28,000 scholarship over four years from the Northern California Scholarship Foundations.
Higgins must maintain a B average, communication and attend a student banquet near their college campus.
The foundation was founded in 1927 by members of the Masonic Fraternity. The scholarship currently funds 183 freshmen through seniors.
