Emily Dunnagan has been named the new principal at Kenilworth Junior High in Petaluma, according to district officials.
Dunnagan has worked in the Petaluma district for five years as the assistant principal at Petaluma Junior High, principal at Crossroads and assistant principal at Kenilworth.
She has also taught in the Cotati-Rohnert Park district. She is a graduate of Montgomery High School, U.C. Davis and Sacramento State University.
She started in the new role on Oct. 13.
