Feel like eating sushi for a good cause?

Sushi Tozai will donate 20 percent of proceeds tonight to Sebastopol World Friends, a student and cultural exchange Sister City program based in west county schools.

Despite the tragedy engulfing Japan, 18 students are still preparing to arrive in Sebastopol on March 25 and stay through April 3 as guests of families representing six Sebastopol area middle schools, according to organizers.

Students from Brookhaven, Orchard View, Twin Hills, Sebastopol Independent Charter and Nonesuch will play host to their Japanese counterparts and are slated to visit their homes in 2012.

The students are from the Yamauchi north of Tokyo and Takeo City, near Nagasaki, areas of Japan.
